Performance Pulsation Control Inc., a Texas-based corporation founded in August, 1996, specializes in the design and manufacture of Maintenance Free flow through and Gas Charged appendage and flow through pulsation control products for worldwide customers in drilling, well service, oil field, industrial, mining applications as well as other specialized applications. We also provide field analysis of reciprocating pump pulsation problems and API Acoustic analysis computer modeling to achieve the highest performance.

The acquisition of Status Flow, Inc. in August, 2007, made Performance Pulsation Control one of the few companies that manufactures both Gas Charged and Maintenance Free style units. Status Flow was and remains a leading manufacturer of Gas Charged pulsation control products for reciprocating pumps. Today Status Flow operates as a division of Performance Pulsation Control, ensuring any application or project requirement can be met by a Performance Pulsation Control product.

The combined team boasts 125+ years of experience, providing you access to A Family of Solutions with consistently high quality products. The team is composed of multiple graduate engineers with many years in the pumping industry including pulsation control product design and application, pumping system analysis, pump design, and pump expendables testing and design. The manufacturing and quality control team members provide you with more than 45 years’ experience in pressure vessel welding and fabrication and 30 years of rubber gas charged cartridge design and manufacturing experience.

We are an ASME Pressure Vessel Code shop and holder of the U, R, S, and H ASME Code stamps. We operate more than 100,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities in Dallas and Odessa which allows full control of the quality of our manufactured products. Products being welded range from ¼” to 5½” thick material in all types of carbon steel, 300 series stainless steel, 2205 Duplex, 2507 Super Duplex and other materials.
