Obis One, LLC produces and sells organic black garlic as our flagship product. What is black garlic? We take raw organic garlic bulbs and employ our own proprietary aging and process, which transforms the garlic into "black" garlic. This wildly transformed product is touted to have profound antibiotic and antioxidant properties and has its own sweet-savory taste coveted by the culinary and nutraceutical community. What's more - our black garlic eliminates raw garlic breath.
This fall, we will plant 10,000 organic garlic cloves at Obisquahassit, which we will harvest in the summer of 2013 to be a truly Made in the USA sustainable product!
You never know what else we'll be growing at Obis One. From old school organic silver queen corn to basil and sage, we're working with local chefs to grow the quality and uniqueness their craft demands.
